Bungalows, Cabanas and Oceanfront Rooms
Imagine going to sleep with the sound of the ocean gently lapping outside your room, rocking you to sleep with its hypnotic, caressing cadence. Imagine waking up to the same sound and a beautiful sunrise glistening in the water’s reflection. Our intimate Roatan dive resort has 29 guest rooms, and all of our accommodations are either situated on the water’s edge or directly over the water. You can’t get closer to the ocean than this – at least while you’re sleeping! Please note: rooms 22 & 23 are located on the second floor, slightly behind the cabanas, and have an obstructed view.
Every room is air-conditioned for your comfort, and is equipped with in-room coffee pot, mini-fridges, lockable security box, hammock and maid service. With a location that can’t be beat, beautiful ocean views come standard.
After an amazing day of diving or other activities, return to our dive resort to relax on your own oceanfront porch, balcony, or deck. Replay your day’s experiences, soak up the sun and some vitamin D, and let the swaying of your hammock match the rhythm of the waves.
Types of Accommodation
We offer three styles of accommodation for you to choose from at CoCo View Resort, each with its own charm: bungalows, cabanas and oceanfront accommodations.
Wait List
If our Roatan cabanas, bungalows, and oceanfront rooms are sold out for the dates you need, we do have a special accommodations program set up in a partnership with the privately owned Playa Miguel Beach Houses next to us.
While waiting for a CoCo View room to open up, we can accommodate you in an oceanfront home at Playa Miguel. As soon as one of our rooms becomes available, we will immediately transfer your reservation to our dive resort.
While we can’t promise a specific room type through this arrangement, we hope it still offers an alternative you may consider if your travel dates are not flexible.
Bungalows
Roatan’s Over-Water Escape
Considered by many guests to be the most private and romantic guest rooms at our Roatan resort, we offer four bungalows, which are connected to the rest of the resort and Hawksbill Cay via wooden walkways.
Hovering directly over Roatan’s shimmering water, our spacious bungalows are situated within two duplexes and are air-conditioned for comfort. If you prefer a more natural cooling system, open your bungalow’s French doors and enjoy the gentle ocean breezes that our location affords. The beautiful ocean view from your private porch will likely tempt you to step outside to relax in your hammock, where you can take a peaceful nap or simply enjoy our surroundings.

Cabanas
Spacious Over-Water Lodging
When talking about overwater bungalows or cabanas, most people instantly think of the South Pacific – Bora Bora, Tahiti, or the Maldives. However, did you know you can also find charming overwater lodging in Roatan, Honduras at CoCo View Resort?
We offer twelve cabanas, each of which is built directly over the water. Located in three separate buildings to the east of the Clubhouse and our oceanfront rooms, the cabanas are our most spacious guest rooms and are connected by wooden walkways to the rest of the resort.
Staying in our over-water cabanas means you get to stay dry while still enjoying more ocean time – and is there really anything better than that?

Oceanfront
Living on the Edge – The Water’s Edge
You may be here for the diving or snorkeling, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be comfortable while you’re dry! Cue our Roatan dive resort’s oceanfront rooms.
When we say oceanfront, we mean it, too. Our 12 oceanfront rooms are located at the water’s edge with spectacular views of blue, blue, and more blue. The shimmering water laps gently only a few feet from your door, an amazing sound to drift off to sleep to. Please note: rooms 22 & 23 are located on the second floor, slightly behind the cabanas, and have an obstructed view.
Conveniently central to both the Clubhouse and dock at our resort, all of the oceanfront rooms are situated in two buildings, with a total of with four rooms on the first floor and eight rooms on the second. Each room is traditionally decorated with Honduran colors and textiles and offers a spacious, private patio or deck where you can relax in a hammock as you enjoy the front-row view.

Mango Suite
Beautiful Accommodations with an Amazing View
Traveling with friends or family, now you can have your privacy with the added benefit of an ocean-front sitting room. Welcome to the Mango Suite.
Located downstairs at the water’s edge the Mango Suite is an ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite just a few steps from the clubhouse. The suite offers 1 Queen size bed in the front bedroom and 2 twins that can be converted to a King size bed in the back room, each room has its own air conditioner and private bathroom with a separate entrance available to the second bedroom. The front of the suite has both an ocean-front air-conditioned sitting area and an ocean-front screened in porch with plenty of seating. This new suite is perfect for a group of 4 and offers a comfortable sitting area that allows for relaxing conversation or ocean-view day-dreaming between dives.
Mango Suite Interior Room Features
When you stay in the Mango Suite, you will have access to the following in-room features and amenities:
- 1 Queen size bed in the front bedroom and 2 twins that can be converted to a King size bed in the back room

Coco Casa Beach House
This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom ocean-front house is the first house past the cabanas. One bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom; the second bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to two twin beds, also with a private bathroom. Perfect for families and groups of 3 or 4.
The air-conditioned house has a full size kitchen, living room, a screen proch and an outside deck with beautiful oceanfront views.
WiFi and washer/dryer too.
It is an easy walk or a quick bike ride to the resort. Bicycles provided!
Coco Villa Beach House
Our newest addition to CCV’s accommodations, luxurious Coco Villa, offers three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and spacious family areas including a large eat-in kitchen, living room and screened porch. It’s directly on the oceanfront and has amazing views.
Your family and friends will love spending time together in this comfortably appointed and traditionally decorated Honduran Villa. This home is fully air-conditioned. It has cable TV in the living room, Internet WiFi, a full modern kitchen, and a washer & dryer! Daily maid service & yard care are provided.
Coco Villa is located on the resort, along the sandy path of Playa Miguel, either a short walk or an even shorter bike ride to the CCV clubhouse and dock.
You will enjoy all of the amenities that Coco View offers: diving, dining, entertainment and more!
