UK residents are now required to have a Visa to enter Honduras.

Honduran Immigration Precheque Form User Guide and Info

The Precheque is no longer mandatory.  But you can still complete it if you prefer since the information shows up on the immigration agent’s computer when you come into the country. Some airlines are still recommending it as well.

Please refer to this revised guide on filling out the Precheque prior to your coming to Roatan – User Guide for Honduran Immigration Forms  will prove helpful in your filling out the required form on the Honduras Immigration Prechequeo page. Also the Precheque app is terrific and will make this process much easier (particularly if you’ve struggled in the past!).

  1. Please use the User Guide as you do this. It’s been revised in 2023 and will make your experience a lot easier!
  2. The form can be filled out only within 10 days of travel.
  3. The immigration office is: Juan Manuel Galvez
  4. Destination Address: CocoView Resort
  5. Destination state: Islas de la Bahia
  6. Destination city: Roatan
  7. You can print your completed form, but Honduran immigration has this on their computer and they see it when they scan your passport and take your fingerprints.
  8. Have your passport handy to photograph and upload.
  9. You also no longer have to complete this form upon leaving Roatan.

Customs Declaration Form – MANDATORY upon entering and exiting Honduras
Some of the flights will hand you a paper customs declaration to fill out on the plane prior to landing in Roatan. Other airlines will just give you a link so you can fill it out. Feel free to do it when you’re still home and have good internet.
Customs Declaration Form
When you open this form online, you can change the language to English right at the top.

After completing this form, you will get a QR code. Take a screen shot (or print) this QR code. You can show that on your phone when asked. Sometimes, they do not ask for it upon leaving the airport. They ask to see the QR code leaving the country though. They won’t scan it or do anything with it — they just want you to fill this out and show the QR code.

To get to the form quickly, aim your phone camera at this QR code — and it’ll take you there. Don’t wait for the line in the airport in case you can’t get online there.  This is the link to the form in case you find this scan to be tricky:
